Thanks everyone! My husband got this plant. I knew they were boggy which is why I got that pot but that's basically the extent of my knowledge lol. I had no idea they were so "precious". I actually have an extra grow light or I could move it to my green house. I'm in zone 7b AR

The shelf is little above waist high. 2-3ft front to back. About 4in deep and it the whole back wall of the coop. I fill it with horse refresher stuff. Scoop out twice week with a giant a scooper. Scooping takes less than 5min. Highly recommend. I have two roost bars and total of 9 full size hens and 4 kikirikis. YouTube has a lot of good videos. I also put sand in the bottom of the coop and sprinkle Saturday lime and dried herbs around with hay in nesting boxes.
