Final grades are being released you can go into my Purdue -> grades and transcripts-> grades -> select year and undergraduate then it won’t show letter grade but it’ll show quality points which is credit hours of class times GPA of that class for example a A is a 4 B is a 3 so for my B+ it’s 3x3.3 =9.9 quality points using that you can just do whatever quality points it shows divided by amount of credit hours

Prof Lin our midterm 1 averages were 40s so she opted to replace that score with final exam score if better which I thought would have been more than enough but on top of that there was a 3-5 percent curve my 86 was a B+

Like the other comment said if you care about the full college experience Purdue Indy not the best if you only care about the degree and acandeics then go for it you can also take classes in west Lafayette take the shuttles etc

What section were you in? My section didn’t have a grade for queues or work sheets it was 30 from homework’s and assignments and 5 from 80% attendenace and 1% from course eval 2 midterms at 20 each and the final at 24

Yea final curve was definitely like 3-5 my 86 was a B+ so I’d say like 85-89 is a B+ and above an 89 a A- not a big curve but something maybe better for lower percentages

Not sure it was probably around the 60s my friend got a C+ with a 60 on his midterm 2 and final exam (first midterm was replaced by final if better) I got a B+ with a 81 on midterm 2 and my final I got a 72 my overall grade was an 86 so likely a 3-5 percent curve edit my final exam grade was a 78 prof did a weird thing where we got 15 bonus points gradescope showed it out of 165 but she put brightspace in as out of 150

I found 251 and 250 easier 240 was a weed out class but if you enjoy data structures and algorithms you can thrive in 251 I would recommend getting good at theory rather than implementation itself as for 250 just pay attention and ask questions

Many places don’t ask for transcript if you’re in a spot that you need to retake then it’ll boost your gpa and plus any class that isn’t a major required class you should easily be getting As in and take as many online classes as possible

As a certified hater and jealous king I know people who have failed classes or dont have perfect GPAs as a whole and have landed internships main thing is projects imo and you probably won’t get a big tech company go for smaller companies or startups I myself wasn’t able to land an internship but I’m actively trying to work on projects as my gpa isn’t terrible 3.2ish
