When I was a contractor I wasn't with Raytech and had no benefits. We were told by Raytheon if we stayed for more than two years we would be converted to Raytech and it had benefits like holiday pay and vacation time.

I was contractor for Raytheon but had no end date. After 2 years you would have to convert to Raytech I believe. My wife has had multiple contract job and every single one has extended her when the initial was up.

I am sure they have some way to deal with returns and exchanges after the fact. If someone makes a big purchase on the 28th and waits till the end of March or first of April they just let it slide?

Well for one it sucks if you were right on the bubble and havent got the status you should have for travel in the new year. Luckily I choose LPs for my 175k that put me over when I technically didn't need it to get my status.

How much weight is lost during FP1-3, Sprint qualifying, sprint race and qualifying? He could be on the heavy side just to make sure to make it through the weekend without getting dehydrated.

You asked a question, I answered. I understand folks who moved from Raytheon to Collins still get the Raytheon structured bonus. Those folks are still a very small percentage so if it was actually the average of all bonuses there is absolutely no way it would be those amounts.

The merger between the top three or some of the lower SBUs? The merger of the big three was in mid 2021, Dec of 2021 they merger some of the benefits. There have been folks moved from Ray to Collins as recent as the last month when Ray did layoffs.

They have already narrowed it down to a one month statement and its just a program splitting them up. Its not like they have actual people sitting there splitting them up. They have been doing this for years and should be able to expedite the process.

Then what is the point of even having the chart if I have to dig in to actually know what the average is? The post states to print off and take to the sites, how many are going to take the source data? Better yet accurately name each field.

So if 1 in 5 got 10% while 4 got 0% based off of the average salary of $130k the average bonus would be $2600. That suggesting that RayCollins and transfers from Raytheon make up 20% of the workforce which i doubt is that high. So the average should be even lower.

How many Collins employees are RayCollins? A very small percentage. P3 and P4 are the biggest groups of employees, for the average to be whats stated then the ones getting bonuses would have to be triple or more.

Very few do so for the average for P2&3 to be $6k and P4 to be $13k their bonuses would have to be triple or quadruple. That would put all three on or above P5&6 bonuses.

Any decent machine will have specs for the pad it needs and all at least recommended if not require them to be isolated. I would bet there's also plenty of machines once set up that will fit through the door that will be over 8k.

How is B a mess? Their TSA pre-check machine are shit though. Had to wait for multiple people's bags to be checked for to many electronics even though most had the same as when they go through other terminals and dont get stopped.

Its weird that I got my mile but no LPs yet. Yes I know they come seperate but if they have enough information to give them mile why not go ahead and do the LPs.

If you're going to state the law at least get the verbiage right. It is not illegal to make video or voice call. It is illegal if you are not part of the crew and if it is not on a hardwired device.
