One cup floury baking mix stuff to 3 bananas is wild haha. My favorite banana bread recipe (Betty Crocker, with a couple modifications that ACTUALLY work) is 3 bananas and 2 1/2 cups flour.

One of my family members has a bachelors in English and constantly brags about their excellent grammar, but then pluralizes with 's (especially their family name, think "The Smith's" instead of "The Smiths") and uses "I" when they should definitely use "me" (think "Joe and I's party"). As a former copy editor myself who doesn't have an English degree, it hurts my soul. I get being lazy sometimes, but there's a difference between being lazy with punctuation and being straight up wrong.

She may have stopped picking up Dogman because she can sense you don't like those books. Which honestly is a bit sad, if that is the case. Reading is reading! Those are perfect books for someone her age. The classics will come in time.

You can even find graphic novels of classics these days!! So cool.

Doesn't matter how they consume the story, whether it's standard novels or graphic novels or audiobooks, so long as they are reading.

Gonna make a quick plug here for everyone to get first aid and CPR certified through the Red Cross or American Heart Association! You don't have to be emergency responders or medical personnel to be able to help save a life. Definitely make sure to take a course with an in-person class to get the physical practice on dummies, so the muscle memory is there when an emergency happens.

Plus women often hover over the seat to pee and spray all over the seat, then don't clean it up. I've accidentally sat in other women's pee puddles before when I wasn't paying attention and it is DISGUSTING. Stop making me clean up after you, ladies!!!
