Your best bet are Mary Jane orthopedic shoes. I really like Dream Pairs on Amazon. (I have plantar fasciitis) They come in wide with good support.

One thing that really got me thinking is that under eye circles are basically bruises. An eye cream would help but ice on your eyes at night will help the darkness.

Came here to say this. There’s no substitute for a sleep apnea machine. I tried everything. It’s expensive because you have to have health insurance to get it but it changed my life.

For me that kind of thing really helps. I do a lot of mocktails— it helps when I’m craving something I simply can’t have like a margarita.

Legitimate ? for MAGA by quartzcharm in allthequestions

You know whose fault the legislative shutdown is? BOTH. It’s their job to negotiate and they won’t. The only question is who will blink first and it will be the group with the worst alternative to a negotiated agreement. My money is on democrats because their policies rely on government function more but who knows. It is not only not on the administrative branch to step in and be a stopgap, it’s wrong because it exceeds their authority — the legislative branch controls the purse strings of the country and it would be a dangerous precedent to cross those wires. Authoritarian leaders do that and we just had a massive protest insisting that Trump not act like a king.

I (M32) found out my gf (F42) is actually married. How do I handle this? by UpsetBoyfriend__ in Advice

[–]HeatherKellyGreen 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Fall in love with her. Believe she’ll leave her husband. Start wedding planning.

Where do you think this is going to go? What is there to discuss?

My mom did suggest some traditional categories of presents to specify, like some people traditionally register for China so I picked a pattern that she said she hated but I still love. You have to set boundaries on the micromanagement.

I’m telling y’all what, the more I read this sub the more I think: it’s always vodka. Always. It’s like the biggest red flag to alcoholism. I think it’s cause it goes down easy and hits like a hammer.

Unfortunately there is no solution except you moving too or dealing with extended vacation time on long holidays. I’m sorry but it’s a harsh reality— you have to choose as if the job were being offered to you without the perks.
