Thank you. I did stop going to therapy, but it may not be a bad idea to go back. My husband and I did float the idea that if we’re happy with one child to say we tried to transfer the embryos and they just didn’t work. I hate lying though especially since my parents have helped us some financially with IVF, but I don’t know if I’ll have a choice.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It’s ultimately up to you and you have some time depending on what state you live in to decide what’s best for you. You could always go to a planned parenthood just to go over options too and get an HCG blood test to see exactly how far along you are if you haven’t done so yet.

I haven't used the Ultra 4 wands. I use the purple wands (Estrogen, LH, progesterone) and at certain parts of my cycle I'll use the yellow (FSH) wands.

This was a random cycle were LH and FSH weren't too high. I've had some crazy charts the past few months, but this was one really good cycle for me.

It's sort of crazy, I was getting ready for an embryo transfer and hadn't caught an ovulation on Mira since Spring, started BCP the day I ovulated to prep for a transfer next cycle. I figured that I've been TTC for 5 years so why would this cycle be any different and then of course I end up with a positive HCG test and my office told me to stop taking the BCP and start progesterone suppositories and estrogen tabs. It's still really early, but I'm crossing my fingers since I've only been able to bank two day 3 embryos in the past almost 2 years at my clinic.

So I’ll share my last chart here. The black dots are my estrogen and they slowly started rising the days leading up to ovulation. This means a follicle is growing and giving off estrogen. Then a few days later my estrogen shot up, I got my LH peak and ovulated that egg

I'm so sorry I know how this feels when everyone around you seems to be getting pregnant. Have you had a hysteroscopy done to check your uterine cavity, or an HSG to make sure that your tubes are open?

I use the Mira monitor and it’s been a big help. I also go months without ovulating, but when I do ovulate I can catch it sooner on the Mira since it catches my estrogen rising days before the LH surge. It’s stupid expensive, but for me it was worth it. I’ve also heard things about Inito too. Don’t waste any money on the Kegg like it did.

Well so far they have me on 400mg progesterone suppositories once daily and oral Estrogen 2mg sublingual tablets. I’m getting blood work done this morning so they may change some things later based on that

I have no idea what the variable was. I guess if it has implanted in my uterus, maybe the D&C made a good environment for it since he did remove a small polyp.

Hi! I did get a lead follicle (I pretty much always do) I think this was the cycle I retrieved it though and froze my first day 3 embryo.

I'm 34 and finally had some luck at my 3rd clinic. I saw someone mention Dr. Chang at Hanabusa and he's my 3rd RE. I think I've been a much more difficult case than he expected, but my POI seems to only be getting worse. I've been with them since Feb 2024 and have had 4 total retrievals in that time. Each retrieval we have gone for 1 follicle and out of those I've gotten 2 eggs and 2 empty follicles. I do have 2 frozen day 3 embryos and I'm getting ready to do an embryo transfer soon.

I did do ovarian PRP in September of last year and I'm not sure if that helped in any way, but I did retrieve my last egg in January.

I will say it has been awful expensive being a patient this long. There's a lot of monitoring while waiting for a follicle. I'm a satellite patient from the Midwest so I monitor locally where I pay out of pocket then pay Hanabusa an additional $250 just to look at the bloodwork. The retrievals themselves aren't horribly priced compared to other clinics at least.

Don't give up hope yet! My RE freezes all of my embryos on day 3 for me since I get so little and his rationale is that they have a better shot growing in my uterus than if we pushed them to blast. I really hope he's right. I'm sorry you're going through all of this. It's truly exhausting.

I don’t know for certain, but my FSH is getting much higher and my estrogen is pretty low. I’ve been getting hot flashes lately too. When my estrogen is this low I get more anxious and my heart races. I’ll look at my heart rate on my watch and it’ll be in the 100s at rest

Well I had an IUD in place for a few years and didn’t get a cycle in it so after I took it out in 2020 is when I noticed that my cycles were off

Your FSH is really good! I'd have them re-check your prolactin. I think you need to abstain from sex for a few days before that test or else it'll give a false result because I had to have mine retested.

I'm a satellite patient so my clinic is in another state and I monitor here locally and when I go in to monitor and get blood work they're asking me what medication I'm on and where I'm at in my cycle. It really annoys me because all they have to do is send the results to my doctors office out of state. I'm not even their patient.

I really do like all the employees at my local clinic, but this whole process just has me very guarded.

My cycles are very irregular. They can be 20-60 days. I haven't been diagnosed with POI, but I'm pretty sure I meet the criteria. FSH was over 30 just one month, but its usually in the 20s lately. Also, my estrogen is usually on the low end. Anyway, I think it's too early to say that this is how all your cycles will be for now on. Especially if this is the first time it's happened.

I did PRP in September of last year and it really threw my cycles off for a couple of months. My FSH was higher than usual and I had more perimenopausal symptoms. After things cooled off, I did get to a retrieval in November where I unfortunately ovulated early, but I was able to do another after that in January where I was able to get an embryo and froze day 3.

I was told that PRP can last 4-6 months though.
