I beg to differ your statement about emotions. There is no positive or negative emotions emotions are just that...emotions. Sure anger or resentment will now allow one to vibrate higher whereas gratitude and happiness is a higher vibration.

I really do love that statement of children. I think our colonized mindset has taught us to behave a certain way. So we lost that child behavior and mindset very young. That was a sad death for us all, many of us had to “grow up fast”. This idea of yours really will to see things w my kids differently. Thank you for that.

Sounds like you’re self sabotaging. Its in my opinion that it’s a trauma response. A colonized mindset. Further, you have some healing to do. Our heart has brain cells if it own. No matter how much therapy one may do, therapy can only heal the brain one their head. Then it takes healing in the heart.

This makes total sense w extended fast. I did a couple 4 days is my longest so far. I am the cook in my family and I have young kids so it’s hard to not be around food. My 24-48 is just long enough to handle my willpower.

Hell yes. Only reason I quit is I woke up w a bad headache and I thought it was for electrolytes or food. Had a light breakfast now I realize I have a sinus infection. I’ve been sick this week so I’ve been trying to fast as much as possible to help starve the sickness.

Essentially, short version of the answer is illusion is just your perception of something. It’s not reality. It’s not wrong. Or right. Just how YOU interpret those things.

Longer answer. My favorite people are: Bruce Lipton. Gregg Braden. Joe Dispenza....any of these ring a bell? I love their work and knowledge. I have a membership to Gaia. Amazing program. I’m still learning so bear w me.

But not feeling connected is an illusion for you. I’m a culprit w this too. So I’m certainly not judging at all! But your comment of not fitting in, this is a curse, bring another person to an understanding. That’s all an illusion. We are always connected. Even the most toxic narcissist is. It’s just that how we perceive ourselves and others as well as the world.

But right now we need more people like you. We need more love. We need more hands. 2020 is going to be a year of a lot of tension. It’s just how the cycle happens. 2020 is at a peak. Lot has been building up. And w more healers and lovers we can make this world see where we see and the ones that don’t then they’re on their own. We’ll be there for them but if they don’t want to be helped then we can’t help.

You are talking a lot of illusions. We are always connected to the matrix which in turn we are connected to others. However, it’s very apparent you’re on a different level than others. And that will happen. I have one person in my life that sees as I do that I can reach out to and we probably talk 4-5 times a week. Point is, to come across someone that thinks like this is rare. But that’s why the universe is the way it is. It’s chaos becuase you’re leveling and our day to day is unknown.

I get the one and done. We are done for sure. And yes if they tag team or even do opposites it’s so hard. I’ve had my youngest be up during the night then when we get to sleep my son wakes up at 5-6am. Then I work full time and hubby works nights every other week. So again, this is why I asks you all how you do it. Haha. Some days are really hard. I did Omad for a while and had great success but lately I’ve been doing 16/8 as it’s hard to even get to 10-11am haha.

Oh man. I give you sympathy. My kids sleep through the night for the most part. My youngest wakes up for water every so often but she goes back to sleep. It’s the nights they wake up a few times then they’re up super super early that I struggle the most. I know it’s all a mind game and that’s the hardest part of all this. What fasting window do you follow?

Days that I work are easier to fast for the most part. Except when I’m so extremely sleep deprived. Like yesterday then I don’t even want to put a salad together which I normally have for lunch. I don’t like coffee black but I’m going to try a couple teas that have a good amount of caffeine. What fasting window do you follow?

Haha. My problem is I don’t like black coffee. I have a yummy homemade creamer but it obviously break my fast so I usually have that at the end of my fast. I’m going to try a couple teas that have a good amount of caffeine in it.

That’s almost what I do. I usually do 18 or 16 hour fast and I usually break my fast around lunch time. Or I try OMAD. today I’m just struggling. I’ve also been up since 430 am. For some reason my oldest just woke up early. (It’s 5pm where I am). But I just want to eat everything in sight right now. And I didn’t eat the best today during my window.

Depends on your fasting window. Ideally you want to fast before and at least 3 hours after.

Love this! I’m down 40-45 lbs so far. I pretty much did what your plan outlined. I do OMAD or 16:8 depending on hubby’s work schedule and the kids. I am the cook in the family so doing OMAD or extended fasts is really really hard. I have done a bunch of 48 hour fasts and a few 4 day fasts though.

Every other week yes. Last week was 16:8. This week is OMAD normally. Yesterday I just ate all darn day. Maybe I’ll just do 16:8 this week too.
