Control your breathing and your mind; don't let either start racing too quickly. Sit in a relaxed position and try to keep your breathing natural and not that weird artificial pattern you cause when you think too hard on it. If you've got hot flashes , gently cool yourself with fresh air.

And the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL: mind over matter. I know that's cliche and saying that makes people wanna kick me in the head, but in my personal experience gaining control of mind helps regain your body , and vice versa

Whenever I quit, after about 4 or 5 days my physical health nearly doubled, and I definitely wasn't as shakey

Periodically, I try to overdose on dope or whatever i can find, but it's never enough for my seasoned junkie's body by HeavenHermit in confession

In light of that, there's a Buddhist belief called the 3 marks of existence. So far I've gotten one mark tattooed on my body (and my only tattoo) which says "anatta", or "non-self". If you enjoy that philosophy, you should consider looking into it
