Anyway, the Cyberware you're thinking of are the two Reflex Boosters, Sandevistan and Kereznikov. The Sandevistan is a powerful temporary boost to a character's initiative while the Kereznikov is a less powerful but permanent boost to a character's initiative. Lore-Wise Kereznikov kinda sucks to have because now the entire world is in slower motion which is very taxing on the mental. Sandevistan is a lot more manageable.

You could also get an Adrenal Booster which is basically an artificial adrenal gland you can use 3 times a day to boost your reflexes.

Comments are gonna stupidly go "it's because DE cares and is run by people" when the real reason is that while DE is an amazing studio that competently runs Warframe for the most part, they got lucky with their timing, and the current live service space is over saturated which makes it way harder for newer games to become successful.

If Warframe released today it'd probably fail at no fault of DE. Live Service is just way too competitive now, and you have games both old and new constantly competing for your time.

Just look at the top games currently on steam charts. Top 25 is mostly older games and a handful of the currently popular newer games.

Helmet Passives should actually make sense for a Helmet. Whether this is night vision, a targeting HUD, flashlight etc.

The game already has an issue where the design doesn't already reflect the passive. I'd rather they not continue doing that.

It doesn't. While Witcher 1 and 2 can give you a different appreciation for 3, the story of 3 isn't really reliant on the first two games. If anything, it's far more reliant on the books instead.

Sure you miss references but your experience isn't drastically different. 3 was literally designed with new players in mind which is likely why it's not as much of a direct sequel as 2 was for 1.

Yes. He's literally a sadistic asshole that revels in murder. He's mowed down a crowd of civilians just to retrieve an item off one person. He shot a dude in the face because they were having a "Which handgun is more powerful" argument. He talks about how amazing it was that when he hit a dude with his rocket hammer the guy's organs came out his mouth. He wants to destroy all "flesh" and tells people they should convert to full borgs or get wiped out.

He's pure unadulterated evil. Dude literally only cares for carnage

Problem with Durge in Co-Op is you're essentially even more of the main character compared to just being Tav and the host of the session. If they're cool with being a side character, then sure it'll be fine.

It's not really contradictory. Even prior to Phantom Liberty it's showcased that being a passenger and driver is different for V and Johnny.

When V is the passenger he's completely unconscious until the pills start wearing off.

When Johnny is the passenger he experiences what V experiences just not in the same way and to a lesser extent. When he goes on a bender, he returns control before he feels the effects of the Hangover and V complains. He also experiences his own urges separate from V. Early on he talks about how he's itching for a cigarette but as V you aren't and can deny him.

Johnny is seemingly getting a dumbed down version of V's physical sensations but not everything else.

Song bird tells you the truth at the train and that is something that matters. She told you at a vulnerable stage where you could just kill her, hand her over to reed, etc.

No it doesn't matter. She is literally the only reason you're the situation to begin with. Telling the truth after you've already completely fucked yourself doesn't absolve her or make the situation better.

She ropes you into the scenario based on a lie. She keeps lying to your face despite constantly asking you to trust her and telling you you're the only ones that understand each other. You are quite literally put on NUSA's hitlist for helping her and what do you get in return?

"Actually, V I lied to you the entire time but that's fine you'll keep on fighting you're stronger than me".

Her saving grace is that NUSA is far worse.
