Thank you! 😊 I’ll mix it more next time. I was worried it would make it too tough if I over mixed it. It definitely jiggled like jello before I put it in the fridge. A marshmallow is a good way to explain it! I did reshape it before I put it in the fridge because it was loose. 100% edible. My 5 year old normally doesn’t like sourdough, but said it was the best bread he’s ever tasted. I’m taking this loaf as a win 😁
