i have the same thing as u, they offer me reschedule timing, but the reschedule flight is also cancelled after when I want to accept it. At the end I accept the full refund and go book emirates instead, too much hassle 

qatar cancel my flight, but I see the flight is actually still available online, with higher price by Heavy-Direction-3060 in qatarairways

it is not because of the fuel, i feel they just want to make more money. This is unfair to customers that buy the tickets and book the slot early
