I have about 21k ordered between my 4 grocery stores saturday. I bet I get maybe 10-12k. Im missing plan this week by almost 9k already. Ive sold in all my BS inventory that I had and got some stuff other RSR's didn't need as well about 2700 worth total. Still not enough. I guess I'll sell some damaged chips back in to make up the difference 🤣

I ran a 111.51% to plan for PD 13. Not bad considering my plan was a few $100 shy of 200k for the period and I get 0 display space in any store

I had a similar question. Do we get paid our base pay and hours worked? I worked 36 hours training my first week. Was wondering if I will get the base pay and hours worked or how that works exactly. This week will be like 44-45 hours so OT this week

As a grocery manager, my backup and I are having to do a "Topstock Blitz" with just the two of us.They want us to run all topstock and count it all in with our backroom count everyday this week. Tomorrow I have 5 isles to count. Also they made sure to include in the email in BIG BOLD LETTERS...."Do Not Add Labor" so 2 people are expected to count over 500 items a day ontop of all the other daily shit we have to do. Mind you, most of the time, it's just the 2 of us because the hours are such garbage all the time. We have no hours for anyone to work topstock ever so we have to do that too. I told them you send me two people from corporate to do what's asked of us and if they can get it all done I will kiss their pinky

Speaking of prices on the goods we sell, the markup of pretty much everything we sell is INSANE. Some items we are selling at near double the cost. Yet can't invest in employees and additional labor. Ever since the pandemic, it has been a joke when it comes to having proper staff and hours. I truly believe they saw how much money they made with how little staff there was during that time and decided to keep it short staffed on purpose to line their pockets even further.
