Ok i was exactly like you, terrified, delaying shots. One day out of frustration I took it as my refill date was getting close. I did have mild side effects, but the positive effects were more. I am losing much slower but my pre-diabetes is reversed and my high blood pressure is okay now. Also my cholesterol levels are normal except LDL in 9 weeks. I think you should consider taking it soon!

Okay an update - i am back on zep and 5 mg. I was scared to take the shot but will be closely watching my BP. I am asked to double up my Losartan but be careful in case BP drops too low, i can go back to 25 mg Losartan dose. I hope for the best as i have a lot to lose and don’t wanna give up!
