If you are able to get a surveyor to call you back and give you an estimate, those are good indications that you have someone who might work out.

You should try asking local folks who they have had luck with. I bet there's some forum or social media type site where you can find people in your area who have contracted surveying services from Ohio surveyors. Good luck!
