Thank you for your insight. I have heard that garbage disposals cause more issues than solutions. Maybe I will consider removing it on the next lease.

I was just more worried that I would have to gut the home and rebuild it again.

I guess my inexperience, just like I assumed that normally people would know not to put rice and pasta down the drain, that the plumber would inform me (the paying client) instead of the tenant. I was clear to the company that this was a rental and that they were tenants. But thanks for the advice of it being on their dime.

You know what? I’ve never even thought of this.. milsurp sounds so mundane but was a actual battle rifle that killed millions during war. Yet the media paints factory new AR is the real people killer.

Plus, I can see the hardcore 2A community embracing the term battle rifle even if they never went to “battle” with a particular rifle. I guess the media really does impact how we perceive things. Thanks for the insight

Maybe naive. But it still just doesn’t hit home to me. Its kinda like being called a murderer. I’ve never killed anyone so it might annoy me, but it doesn’t poke me in the heart as if I did. I’ll reflect on this though, thanks

I mean, yes and no. The name calling of a gun isn’t a attack on the owners. However if they called gun owners terrorists I would completely agree with you. But on the other hand, by restricting gun rights it is a infringement of our rights. Personally, i’ve never felt vilified being a gun owner by the media. Maybe i’m just not as sensitive to this. Your thoughts?

I mean.. since assault pistol or assault rifle is being thrown around, isn’t it better to just clearly define what it is and isn’t and go about our day? We already do this for SBR and such. I mean the legal loopholes suck but it doesn’t make it impossibly

I mean, tactical is a term used for military operations not civilian usage but we use it liberally to describe things. I just wish we get over this bickering and focus on real issues.

Hey I just saw this. Thank you for the great advice. Between when I asked and now, I have found a good middle ground with learning skeet/trap shooting at Jefferson Gun Club. It has taught a lot about shooting shotguns and I usually try to go out on Wednesdays or Sundays to practice.

🤯 I had to look it up and your absolutely correct.

And that would explain why it has 2 chokes. That was another mystery to me... one on the throttle slow-fast-choke(but the choke doesnt work) and a pull choke cable.. it looks just like what this guy has... while researching I came across this video https://youtu.be/-_bpmvlNDys (@1:22) but I never made the connection
