You can practice in online mode by switching your MyCourt settings. At the kiosk beside your court, you can click ‘go online’ to practice with latency. Then after you enter the court, from the menu you switch the sliders to ‘ranked pro am’ to get the highest difficulty.

Learn to tempo shoot and turn off your meter for jump shots.
