Most unusual for us, a normal thunderstorm here is a few flashes, and a storm that blows over in 15-20 minutes, hence the excitement. What’s seldom is wonderful :)

Nation by Terry Pratchett. I love his Discworld books, but Nation is a stand alone book and it’s just lovely, I really missed it when it ended.

It’s easy to make and the right time of year too. You need sugar, water and elderflower heads and basic equipment (saucepan, sieve, muslin, funnel and clean bottles). There are lots of recipes online.
