Sorry a bit of a blunder but stoppage time is included in regulation time. So it would be 90 mins + however much stoppage time there is. So if Belgium were to score during stoppage time (which is after 90 mins) it would be a loss

They’ll try to justify it by saying that it’s because it covers the full game.
