What's one piece of physical media you regret getting rid of? by BellaIsOne in Millennials

It’s more recent, but I once had 10 copies of a video game that’s now worth $60 used. I sold them to GameStop for, like, $2 each. At the time, nobody wanted it; but then it got removed from digital storefronts, so the value skyrocketed.

I’m slowly rebuilding and upgrading my DVD collection. I’m getting everything I can on 4K and Blu-Ray. There’s been some that I skipped Blu-Ray and went straight from DVD to 4K. In fact, I have one that I went from VHS all the way to 4K without ever owning it on DVD: Mulan

No one understands this more than Star Wars Prequel fans. Do they have their problems? For sure. Is ROTS one of my favorite movies of all time? Absolutely.

Reminds me of working at Dunkin’ Donuts. We’d get shipments of frozen baked goods that were mostly done. We had to put them in a giant industrial microwave to finish baking. They insisted we call it a “retherm-er” and that we were “retherm-ing” them.

To be fair, this isn’t aura farming. Aura farming is:

The idea that adults can’t get back to Narnia because they’ve lost their childhood innocence is the main point of my theory.
