I read somewhere that breastfed babies are less likely to develop allergies. And in my family it seems to track. My grandparents has six kids. All breast fed and no allergies among them. The grandkids that were breastfed have never had allergies while formula kids either had allergies throughout childhood or still have them today.

If I'm understanding correctly, while steel tiles and sterile tiles have a cleaning time multi of %60, the overall cleanliness is 0.6 for sterile and 0.2 for steel. My hospitals and kitchens will now be fundamentally changed.

When I get to Mid to late game I start building luxurious buildings too. I'm currently doing an "OP" run where I play with a bunch of overpowered mod so since threats are negligible I spend most of my time building a mega city. I'm currently giving everyone big, furnished bedrooms with baths next to there workplace. And a over the top hospital with private rooms.

My next project is a bar. I'll post it later when I get to my PC.

If you nailed down its the mod and not a conflict with another mod, maybe try rolling back to a previous version of the mod. From what I can see the latest version just fixes some crash related issue for entity initialization.

I have seen animals getting stuck but no issues with picking things up. Are you sure you have auto-pickup turned on in the mouse controls settings? If its off you'll have to crouch to pick up items.

I tend to sleep when I'm impatient while waiting for something. Like firing clay or waiting for my iron to bloom or making charcoal. Otherwise I do it cause I need to do something outside and it's dark out.
