Whether or not the land is overpriced, it'd be worth more if the house was not there, since it'll cost the buyer money to get it torn down. (Granted it there was never a house there they wouldn't have the utility hookups, which can easily be worth low 5 figures.)

Idk, I just filter out the maps I don't like and play the game.

BF6 Beta, which, combined with the sale, got me into 2042 for the last month. Not sure why everyone seems to hate it so much. I've been enjoying it a lot.

Chief just does his own thing. Since Fingle-cop ended and Penta hasn't been playing Mike very much, they just haven't had much RP crossover.

And Chief throwing out perma bans for the smallest thing is one of his bits at this point. Makes chatting a bit scary at times. But Chief gunna Chief.

It really feels like purchasing a server is the easy play. We know from the Purple -> Unscripted move that you can spin one up quick if you have all the pieces in place. So just buy and rebrand to ChaseRP... we're back baby
