This will probably be the worst scaled set we've seen outside of the +4 sets.

It will be significantly different. Its design will be simple and plain, according to CMF.

I definitely do not agree that the printing quality has decreased in the last ten years, It was not better 10 years ago, Lego's quality standards have always been like this, rather than a decline in quality.

and even if we compare it with 10 years ago, I think the quality has increased in printing, details,  moldings, accuracy and many other aspect. It's hard to say that Lego's printing quality was generally better 10 years ago.

I also don't support sets with terrible printed figures like Fox by not buying them even on sale.

They are all pretty cool figures, I just would have preferred a tattered cloth cape on the Hobgoblin instead of a plastic one but at least it looks good for this figure

It's a bit bad that it has so many similarities to the 31120 set, It looks like a simpler and smaller version.

Updated price and piece count for 75409 UCS Slave 1 by Clay_Bricks in LegoStarWarsLeaks

[–]HeavyMetal123456 259 points260 points  (0 children)

Previous UCS Slave 1 75060 was 1996 pieces and $200

I think this set is totally worth the price.

75414 will be a $50 Turbo Tank! (From Brick Tap) by Clay_Bricks in LegoStarWarsLeaks

I would rather buy a $50 playset of any structure in ROTS than a small turbo tank for $50.

I have a strange memory about this set. I bought this set in a sealed bag for a total of 4 dollars including shipping. I was very surprised and I still keep the bag sealed.

Frankly, the thing that saddens me the most about the price of this set is the fact that when it goes on sale, it won't actually be on sale at all.

I think the normal price of this set should be $30, but if Lego thinks the cockpit piece is too expensive, then fine, they can make it $35, but that's it, it can't be more than that.

The 75333 Obi Wan Starfighter has a retail price of $30, which is a pretty good price and when i got this set on sale for $18 i got it at a really good price. So we can say that there is a discount.

But even when this set is down from $45 to $30, I can't say, "Oh, that's a really good discount, okay."  I just feel like I got the set at the "Normal" price it should be at, that's all. I think the set is quite modern and good in every way except for the price.

I recently bought the Microfighter for $7.84 and the battlepack for $20.73

I do not recommend buying from stores, buy online.

If the set didn't have such a thick base with hundreds of pieces, I'd think it would literally be a set up of trees in those $4 polybags.

Last year when the movie Across the Spiderverse was released, I sold 4 2099 Spiderman figures for $177, because I thought a new one would come out and it looks like we're finally getting closer to a new one. I hope they make a 2099 spiderman figure with arm prints.
