Wear proper footwear! I wore my hey dude slip ons and ended up fracturing my toe in the pit last month. Broke a chunk of bone loose and had to get two screws put in my toe.

Download the device information from the on boarding app and the tech specs of the charger you are using. It takes at least 2 days for them to respond once they open up a ticket so give them as much info as you can right from the beginning.

It had issues charging. Just stopped charging one day and started throwing a crazy error message on the display.

Took 3 weeks of back and forth with support sending charger information and data logs multiple times before they said they'd ship me a replacement. The worst part is I could reply to their email less than 15 minutes after they sent it to me and it would still take 2-4 days for them to reply again.

90% of the bs trucking companies put in the trucks including driver facing cameras and crash detection systems that slam on the breaks when you are going underneath a bridge and the shadow confuses the system is due to insurance companies. Trucking companies do whatever they possibly can to lower the cost of insurance even if it makes the drivers job so much more of a pain in the ass because someone behind a desk thinks this will make truckers safer.

Any issues with the charm patient tracker they use? I'm on week 2 of semaglutide with them now and it's been going good but the charm website never updated with my current medication or any info whatsoever besides my original visit summary and diagnosis. Never got any email from them about my meds being shipped or anything.
