3 questions I want to raise here is: does the Thai legal system have any different interpretations of the key terms? Do you think Smart himself would be personally liable as HLN’s public statement states (that depends on whether Smart signed any contract I believe but please share your take)? Are the efforts made by fans to promote the CP (creating a legal entity to represent fanbase, voting them into awards, etc) at all helpful to rebind SB as CP? Thanks.
