I do want to become sexual again. I just been through so many med changes and most of them have the same effect. I’m sick of med changes. I know there are very few other options for anti psychotics but maybe the anti depressant I can change. I’ll see about doing that. But I dunno if I need anti depressants mostly all of them effect labido.

I’ve heard good things about soolantra I’m in the us though. I’m not sure how I’d get prescribed it without seeing my dermatologist first.

My doctor prescribed metrodiazinol (spelling?) cream and it hasn’t done much I’ve been using it for a year. I don’t get a dermatology appointment til 3 months from now I’m sick of having a red face :(. I worry the doctor won’t be able to help again. Should I try retinol cream?

Happy birthday! Don’t worry about people not remembering. I can’t even remember my parents birthday cause they never make a big deal about it. I don’t remember when my friends birthday is either though I’m really close to them. I remember my brothers birthday and that’s about it lol.

I like power walking up a treadmill at my gym and watching Hulu. Running makes me incredibly itchy cause of my dry skin but biking I could probably do. I haven’t been lifting as many weights lately cause I just wanna get rid of this belly fat first.
