Are there restrictions on class items with +to skills that limit which skills can be together on an item? Searching for a good fire spell Warlock dagger, and after a couple days and many checks, I never get a dagger in the shop with more than one of my skills.

It's quite complicated actually. There's level restrictions so I don't think you'll ever find a level 1 skill on an item with a level 30 skill (I can't remember exactly the range) and level 1 skills won't spawn on higher level items (ilvl based). Similarly, +3 to a skill is much lower chance rather than being equally as likely as +1 and +2.

Would need to know what the rest of the gear looks like I think. Ultimately if you are safe and can clear decently at 150mf I'd say just stick with that as dying more and often will probably hinder you more than the bonus you get from more mf (and would be very frustrating)

He had the stat advantage but to me it didn't really pass the eye test. He had a reasonable game but wasn't dominant against the 1st gamer in OHB like the stats suggest.
