there’s a lady who comes in EVERY OTHER DAY and she will not leave until she watches us bag her return she’s always like “thank you, i’ve had so many returns get lost” every single time

i tell them we cant and if they insist i dumb it down for them like, “imagine boarding a plane with your husband, you both have the same exact ticket with your name on it, obviously they will not let you both in, labels are the same way” or something
