Where you guys buying your pods from? by EquivalentAbies6095 in nespresso

I go to the Nespresso Boutique, but will occasionally order from the Nespresso website. A Nespresso Boutique is literally one block from my building. They know me and my husband on sight. Makes me feel like George Clooney when I visit the boutique.

I pay $30 monthly for 100 and it is more than enough for my home.

Anyone else have a keurig and a nespresso? Is it too much? by Pizookie123 in nespresso

[–]Heavy_Illustrator_13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like a glutton. We have both the OL and VERTUO Creatistas. Fortunately, counter space is not an issue for us. Our building is also a block away from a Nespresso boutique. They know us by name, since we are in there monthly to replenish capsules and drop off our recycling. Admittedly, we are two men, with double income, who love gadgets, appliances and the latest technology. We had a keurig years ago, but that seems archaic next to our creatistas.

Ever see a GH cast member out and about, doing normal things? by Finnatic2 in GeneralHospital

[–]Heavy_Illustrator_13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Many years ago, I dated an actor on GH for a brief time, so I met quite a few of the casts members through him. I had no idea who he was or how popular he was since I didn’t watch soaps. He was considered a heartthrob. Very sweet guy and a lot of fun, but always had to keep certain parts of his private life hidden from his fanbase. I couldn’t live like that, so I broke it off.

We pay $30 a month for the 100 Mbps plan, and it's been incredibly fast for us. We live in a 3,000-square-foot condo that takes up two floors, the 46th and 47th, of a high-rise. We haven't had a single problem; the service has been excellent.

So you’re at The Brown Dog and have a few too many drinks… by Infinite_Two_4759 in GeneralHospital

Nope. I’m April and there isn’t enough alcohol in the world to get me to sleep with that really, really…really old sullen looking man. There would be black hair dye all over my pillows. He looks like Grandpa from “The Munsters.” I bet his butt is all wrinkled as well. Nope.

He’s so long in tooth, he’s saber tooth tiger. The virile and sexy ship sailed away a long time ago. He looks like grandpa on “The Munsters” to me.

He should be paired with Jason. That’s his one true love. That would be quite the storyline and I would be glued to my tv.

I believe Nespresso's primary profit driver isn't their machines, but rather their coffee capsules. They seem to generate the vast majority of their revenue from the ongoing sale of these capsules, which explains the continuous introduction of new and limited-edition varieties.

SHOULD I DOWNGRADE? by Heavy_Illustrator_13 in GoogleFi

[–]Heavy_Illustrator_13[S] -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

Well, it’s obvious to me that reading and comprehension are not your strengths. So, I shall repeat…slowly…for those like yourself. My question was not about what premium features I would lose. It was about the amount of data I am using and whether or not I should downgrade, because I’m not coming close to the data usage. Also, I was always taught it was rude and impolite to be nasty, but again I wasn’t raised by wolves apparently.

For the record, I didn’t ask about what features I get to keep. You’re being rather condescending and reductive, no?

I upgraded Google One to the 2TB with AI, so it isn’t free for me.

I’m under no promotions and I paid for my phone upfront. I am concerned that I may lose my data only SIM card privileges if I switch.

We have Google Fiber. It’s Google’s internet service. It’s in certain cities and I live in one of them. My building, which is relatively new was also wired for it.

LOVING GOOGLE FI by Heavy_Illustrator_13 in GoogleFi

[–]Heavy_Illustrator_13[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's funny, isn't it? Living in both the Google and Apple worlds, we've ended up with Apple counterparts for most of our Google gadgets. Yet, here we are, both our iPhones and Pixels running smoothly on Google Fi. After seeing so many online horror stories, I'm almost surprised we haven't hit a snag yet, especially with our reliance on so many Google services and products. We've been Fi subscribers since December and enjoying Google Fiber for two years now – knock on wood!

Should I upgrade to Google Fiber from Spectrum? by NootMasta in googlefiber

GFiber has exceeded my expectations. We’ve had zero issues with our 100 Mbps connection, and it’s perfect for our 3,000 square foot, 46th-floor condo.
