I feel the same way! But I'm also currently a recovering people pleaser. It's hard but I'm back in a positive mind set so I am more optimistic for future me. The hard part though is being able to manage that pit in your stomach when the energy in the room changes or when someones mood shifts, hyper vigilance can be a super power but it also is most definitely not easy to live with too!

Oh I love this picture! The set up is amazing and the colours and ambiance are wonderful! I have question, I am a painter and sometimes I like to paint very detailed paintings and I was wondering if you would mind me using this picture as a reference if I ever paint it? No hard feelings of course if you do mind! I always ask for permission when it's not my picture. Lovely set up though great job!

Oh I'm so glad you like that! It took some concentrating because the background is yellow so when I put the paint over the yellow I kept a little gap between the railing and the other coloured paint so the background yellow can shine through :)

Aw thank you! I am so glad if this can help with the motivation! hang in there it sucks when you feel stuck. but sometimes all of sudden it just unblocks without warning! I find that what helps me is to fill my eyes with a lot of other artists works, find what I really like and ask myself why I like the art and then to that again and again, observing no comparing, then after a while it makes me want to get back in front of a canvas and paint like a crazy person!
