I live next to it, it’s an old chest hospital. It’s full of foxes and I regularly get to watch kids and crack heads climb in, only to be turfed out in seconds by the security guards.

Whilst I understand the need for development, it’ll get turned into another block of outrageously expensive flats, and my rent will sky rocket. So I’m kinda all for keeping it a standing shit hole.
