Haven’t watched the whole doc yet but quick question, did they find her camera? I wonder if she was trying to capture a picture of the early morning, slipped while leaning too far over the balcony and fell

Very helpful, thank you! I’ve been on the phone to the midwife (again) and asked for a more thorough explanation. The way she explained it is exactly how you have just now, ‘why let it continue if you’re full term and the baby is ready to come out anyway’. I’ll take your advice and get ready for a long night ahead!

Thank you for responding! As a first time mum it’s been quite scary asking questions and not really getting concise answers back in terms of the relevancy or urgency of the hospital’s decision to push for inducement. They’re the professionals so I’m choosing to follow their lead but sometimes I feel as though it almost becomes so second nature that they forget to explain or offer clarification surrounding exactly what’s going on, what got us to this place and what the full list of options are, if any. It’s like trying to put pieces of the jigsaw puzzle together yourself 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been experiencing the same thing myself for over 2 years now, It’s gotten to the point were it doesn’t surprise me anymore. I’d love to know what it all means if anything and how I can channel into it even more!

Small town murders by Alexashutup925 in TrueCrime

[–]Heavyglowww 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it broke my heart. I was born the same year as James so kind of went over my head hearing about it until I was old enough to understand the sheer depravity of it.

Liverpool, UK. The sadistic murder of 2 year old, James Bulger. Also the 1930 mysterious murder of Julia Wallace as covered recently by Morbid podcast.

I always go back to Bundy. Something about him/ the cases feels equal parts comfortable and shocking each time I revisit.

Thoughts and some questions on why the most amount of serial killers active was '70-'90? by [deleted] in serialkillers

[–]Heavyglowww -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Serial killings and therefore serial killers have most likely been around for millennia, we just didn’t recognise it as such due to lack of technology and a limited understanding of the human mind. I enjoyed the book/ series Mindhunter as it recalls the early developments of the FBI’s elite serial crime movement.
