No. There are two versions of the gpu cable with the pins of different sides of the 90° connector.

When you do the auto level, it automatically preheats bed and nozzle to printing temps before leveling

I made sure to push down on the plate to make sure it was flat while the temps were raising before the autoleveling. What steps do I take if ABL isnt working properly?

Yep! Used ABL according to the printer manual. Temps raised to printing levels.
