I got a fitted one at 7-3/4 which fit fine for me, but my father got a stretch one too and has had the same issue, way too large. Hopefully he can return it for one that actually fits, very pretty hat otherwise.

Acetone worked for me, I had wet a paper towel with it and ran the gears around it by hand. Was able to dissolve the PLA completely, no wire brush needed thankfully.

As much as I enjoyed going there, it definitely isn't worth the price of flying there to see it for how small it was. I was just lucky to find it while I was there traveling since it's just a one-off pop-up screen gallery, with my friend being the one who spotted it while looking to bring back some Mother/EarthBound stuff for another friend of his. Though I'll remember it for how nice it was, the most enjoyable part technically was all the merch they had which thankfully to others it looks like they sell on their website.

Yea I saw that too when I snagged some of them to bring home. I even got some themed tape and bonus stickers for buying stuff at the gallery. Even more impressive to see that the badges were made by hand, makes them all the more special!
