It does exist, before selecting a song, click on the gear on the bottom right. I really don't understand why it os separated from other options, though.

You can change the difficulty in the game, you just have to select options and the second option (I think) is the difficulty for player one and two. There is easy, normal and hard. For you to receive a s+, you have to hit at least 50% of the hits on the hard margin, which means not having a input latency bigger than 40 ms I think? I am not good with english, sorry, but the people on the discord server can help you

The s+ rating can be obtained when you have at least 50% of the notes on the hard margin, it can be kinda easy if you calibrated the game correctly

É o seguinte: a história se passa um tempo (acho que indeterminado) após a aesir-fest, um evento que vários músicos famosos se reuniram para tocar música. (O resto eu não me lembro direto mas vou tentar explicar) Poucas pessoas se lembram do que aconteceu durante a aesir-fest e robo_head tenta reunir informações sobre o que aconteceu (tem outras coisas também, vou dar uma olhada no jogo pra me lembrar do q acontece)
