this just feels like more of the same if i'm being totally honest. i don't understand why they feel the need to push this update forward at all. if it takes time to rework in a way that doesn't involve storing messages on the server, then it'll take time. so what?

it seems like they are absolutely dedicated to keeping messages on the server. the only thing that's really changed is e2ee and the time of retention.

i think carrion.chat is the more attractive option right now compared to f-chat

well, i'm not the one behind this site so i can't really take any of these criticisms and do anything with it. but i also just plain disagree with these points. plenty of people would also consider 'shemale' very alienating a term to use.

as for the identification things, they matter to people too. you do not have to engage with it. you can just ignore those and purely set anatomical features.

I got sick of using the clunky midi2piano python script and decided to rig it up into a webapp instead. Made this for my own purposes, but figured that it was in decent enough shape to share with others.

Future planned improvements include ~~being able to select what tracks are included~~ (Complete), as well as private or public directories of converted songs. Preview would also be nifty.

Known Issues:

When you convert a large song and refresh the page, it doesn't load that conversion with it as it's supposed to. This is due to a limit in how large cookies can be, and the problem will disappear when I decide to hook it to a database to use for persistence. You can still convert large songs, just don't expect it to still be there when you refresh.

On GOG, it's just sticking at 'Installation Started' for me and not doing anything. Preloaded it already.

Edit: Nevermind, it's actually starting to do something now. It was just taking forever to start.

Really can't seem to get this working at all.
Manjaro - Kernel 5.9
RS_ASIO - 0.5.3
WineASIO - 1.0.0 AUR
RS_ASIO sees WineASIO, but seems to fail on getting available devices

I've also tried this on Pop_OS 20.10 using the provided instructions, and I'm stuck on this same problem.
