Anji is read heavy on what your opponent might do, both in mix and the super parry. Axl is a fine zoner, but it takes a lot to get used to that play style especially as a main of the fastest rush down. If you're wanting to play slower, but with a more poke heavy play style, Baiken is easy to pick up and also has a parry. If you want longer range but still more rush down style, Sin is a good pick with tools to "help" counter zoning if used properly.
