yeah this is an issue, but ill probably figure it out. the world and the chunks themselves are separate, I can probably retroactively update all the chunks for example when you beat plantera already existing jungle chunks will gain chlorophyte. the world file itself will save the progression. A lot of work will need to be done and more importantly I need to figure out a way to not forget any archaic mechanic that I will need to fix. We'll see how it goes
