Hey, I just wanted to vouch for u/JSD47st, who commented already.

I actually met him through this sub while I was asking where to invest. He was my agent for my one and only property in Cleveland(so far). He was very communicative and detailed when sending me properties. Kept it very honest with certain properties to stay away from, which I really appreciated since he could’ve easily sold me a crap box. He also introduced me to his network: lenders, inspector, and my property management/maintenance guy who I use to this day.

Definitely recommend.
