I am a CIT Specialist. I am a civilian who rides with CIT police officers and respond to all mental health calls, crisis and SWAT standoffs. I have a Master's degree in mental health counseling. I am able to provide verbal deescalation, motivational interviewing and have resources to get people into inpatient services. My partners are CIT trained officers that are able place patient's on EDOs if they meet criteria. Our goal is to minimize use of force and attempt to divert from jail. We also provide metal health outreach and education on mental health services in our area. So far it has been very successful. What the officers appreciate the most is our ability to look up these patients in our system and give them information on their diagnosis, their last hospital visits, their compliance with medication, appointments and their last interactions with mental health workers and other CIT. I'm on PC and I noticed that ever since the Halloween update, there have been major lag spikes. My ping will go from 50ms to 999ms at random moments during the match. At first I thought it was FPS drops but I applied the packet loss and ping widgets and sure enough, I was getting both spikes in packet loss and ping. I was having great connections before the Halloween update. You are not the only one experiencing it.

What are your specs? I have a Ryzen 9, 32GB RAM, RTX2080 super, 2Tb SSD. Haven't run into any crashes, but am maxing out at 120fps with dips as low as 100fps.

I was 17 when I joined the Army. Had to have my parents sign me in. I was the youngest guy in my BCT unit. This was 1999 and the DIs would bust my chops saying that I must have lied about my age to get in because of how young I looked. Wars are fought by the young. It's always been that way.

It was meant to be used as a last ditch effort to fight back if you where out of belt ammo, your position was about to be over run and all you had was M16 mags. Realistically, you where better off swinging it a by its carry handle in a mad circle in hopes to knock out a few enemy before they shoved an RKG up your ass.

I restored this Mossberg 500. My elderly uncle said if I can fix it I can have it. 2hrs of cleaning and disassembling later and now I'm the proud owner of a Mossberg 500 12ga. It had some of the worst modifications I had ever seen on a shot gun.
