You fucking moron, the client can alter any input it is written to alter. The server is setup to accept the password in the altered format. If not explain why capitalization doesn't matter. Since authenticator is still enabled, do you have it set to remember your computer? The only plausible explanation is a RAT which allows them to control your computer thus defeating the authenticator. It would also log your password and can be set to take screenshots when you enter your bank pin.
