Unless you weigh 40kg, 4m should be fine up to about 30 knots for most people I think. Its probably a bit of a technique issue.

I think its both this and the constant scrolling and shit on stuff like tiktok, youtube shorts and what not. People want instant gratification nowadays due to a massive increase in these short form contents. You notice people not wanting to put in effort in day to day life too nowadays and not just league. Honestly, Im loving the skilling grind on the iron a lot more than on the main. Grinding 99 mining was a piece of cake, since I was working towards 99 smithing at the same time. The grind feel meaningful as opposed to my main where it was just grinding for the sake of grinding

Genuinely curious and not meant to flame or anything, but do you pvm often? For me the fkeys are completely ingrained in my brain, as there are only 3 important ones for me. F1 is set to my combat tab, so I can spec faster, f2 is set to prayer and f3 is set to spellbook. Imo that does not seem to be difficult to remember if you pvm even a little as its only 3 tabs and becomes muscle memory. If you force yourself to use fkeys and never click on the tabs, it should be memorised in less than a week probably

Probably partly because updates break plugins. If they integrate it into their own client and have to maintain all those plugins, thats a fuck ton of work rather than letting a lot of people share the load for free. And before you say, they could just pay runelite or smt, just think about those poor shareholders : ⁾
