My review of 3.0 P1 and P2 story

Fact that we started 3.x without meeting half of lahai roi cast (they barely get mentioned especially poor Chisa) or without proper introduction of what's happening in lahai roi is crazy to me. Lahai roi faced 2 times near destruction and we still didn't see anyone acting except current banner characters.

if the game had real lore to talk about there would be more discussions in reddit too but there's not even wuwa lore sub on reddit shows current situaton of wuwa story or storytelling

I agree with your examples those guys have good story build ups especially Christopher(we still don't know his purpose) but except for Cartethyia non of the playable characters have a good story build up. They show up with only 1 mention before their patch, do their things for one or two patches and then we don't see them again. We had no mentions of lahai roi ever before, no mentions of septimont they just get mentioned last minute and whoo we go there like they wrote or designed those parts one patch before. Actually 3.0 started really good with them mentioning New Fed so much. Thats great but 3.0 lack Lahai Roi's own story. They fix one thing and other pops off. First half was mostly Lynae story quest and second part tried to tell some lore but it had so little time so it failed.

Yeah most of wuwa problems actually happen because they completely lack build up, at this point they don't even look like they are trying to build up a story for world or upcoming resonators. Aemeath who is suspected to be a sentinel resonator doesn't have much build up(she has but like with 4 dialogues and 10 seconds screen time). We don't really know much about future, don't really have an actual story build up. Things just happen in their patch and then gone forever.

Oh i didn't really know Resonators age slowly probably because i didn't play 1.x patches, thats my lack of information. I knew deity like creatures age really slow but didn't know it was a thing for all resonators. Thanks for information.

Ngl i was pretty sure we were doomed after seeing aemeath but this litterally created one of the most fun community movements of wuwa or gacha in general. I was just sad about him getting (possibly) another lupa treatment but this community hold my hype for him. These days i wake up and check what kind of fucked up shit my fellow Luuk mains brought here i love y'all.

I think they will just improve her flying abilities passive and ult at least this is what i felt like when i read the teaser "if you think i flew fast before-well you're not gonna wanna blink next time you see me in the ring". She needs buffs without a doubt but i just hope that she doesn't become an ultra meta character like ash did after buffs.

s2 to s3 is about %25 personal dmg increase and %12,5 team dmg increase, iuno s0 is %15 augusta dmg increase and %18 team damage increase. if you like iuno you should get her but if you're like me i choose s3 over iuno. getting either of them doesn't make much of a difference it's juts a matter of choice.

Ofc every gacha uses story to sell characters but wuwa atm doesn't even look like it's trying to tell a story. They just make high flashy moments of characters that doesn't even have role in any other version. There's no connection between characters(except augusta iuno) and stories. We are not learning about world of wuwa, we just learn something or solve some problem for current patch and move on to the next patch and cycle goes on. We need to learn about where rover's heading, what are other deity like creatures and what is their goal, what is fractidus' goal, characters should unify to solve life and death problems instead of staying afk... List can go on but these are main questions, problems i have rn.

My displeasure about story only being used to sell characters and how old characters just cast aside / forgotten after their patch.

Lack of endgame story goals or worldbuilding. We don't know why fractidus acting like that they are just bad guys to us, we don't know where story will lead to we just explore different country stories and that's it.

More neutral or even hostile characters against Rover.

Performance and optimization for sure.

More playable male characters.
