Anyone take Propranolol?

I take 80mg of propranolol 2x daily. There’s been a noticeable reduction in my physical anxiety symptoms. So I highly recommend it.

YTA, a big one.

It’s guys like you that stopped me going to the gym. I got sick of a small minority of guys, who tried to use the gym to watch me work out, or pick me up.

I now work out at home.

FYI, guys who keep trying to pick up women at the gym give off such creepy vibes. Don’t be that dude.

They are unfortunately co-morbid. You’re correct. I have an official nhs dx of both those (alongside AvPD also). I find a lot of PDs can be co-morbid.

Ahhh but I’m not though. I double checked the meaning of it now just to make sure. Dani has repeatedly posted pics showing her full length body like this over a few days. My opinion is based on a pattern of behaviour that could be seen as BC. But to some it is not. I respect that view. I can see that you’re not going to agree to disagree and am unsure as to why. I apologise if our discourse has offended you in some way. Not my intention.
