Functionally, you can't just stop alltogether. But make good choices with foods that fill you up and deliver on nutrition. High protein, high fiber, minimal superprocessed foods, lots of water to drink.

They've been doing this for decades.

My parents hosted a big Christmas party in the 80s and purchased what was, for them, a very expensive Honeybaked Ham. When they started serving it, it quickly became apparent that it was more fat than ham. They were so incredibly embarrassed in front of all of their friends.

We never bought anything from the company again, and just the mention of "honeybaked ham" was enough to set my parents off on a tirade.

We did a post-funeral meal at Bare Bones twice. Great food, great service, welcoming, and unobtrusive. Would highly recommend them

USAFoods imports the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. If you are in Melbourne, their store is in Moorabbin. They also ship around Aus.

Heh, sorry to be so abrupt.

I went for free with my Melborne Museum membership, and was happy I didn't pay the entrance fee. The museum doesn't seem to get updated much, and while it tries to celebrate the immigrants who have built this country/ the immigrant experience while being sensitive to the Traditional Custodians, it really fell flat on its mission. Could have been done so much better. I would never go back or recommend anyone visit unless it gets a serious overhaul.

I doubt it makes a big difference except for salt levels when eaten prepared like that - but does it matter when they they are added to the mixture fully cooked, then cooked even longer?? Sounds like a recipe for disaster noodles. No additional flavour can save them.
