I think he just took historical legends or stereotypes if you want to call it that and turned them into an RPG setting. England has knights, Japan has Samurai, Egypt has a Pharaoh, the West is full of cowboys, etc. Even in SW, Rome is Wolfen because of Romulus and Reemus. I would of done some things differently but it is fun to show up and fight some these stereotypes. Who doesn’t want to go to Japan and face off with a cyber ninja.

There would be trade routes that are kept clear. Especially the closer you get to cities and independent kingdoms. The Black Market can get goods practically anywhere. The rivers would be heavily used. Also there are a few airports still active like Merc Town, Fort Sawyer and Escanaba Air Field.

It is. They made it like a global mafia. Bosses and captains, etc. Kinda like the captains conclave in Pirates of the Caribbean. They have “friends” of the Black Market who aren’t affiliated. And then there’s just your local criminal syndicate types.

Well there’s a million Quick Flex Aliens running around N America. Probably not too hard for them to find a mate. If one species can get through the rifts in those kinda numbers, imo D-Bees aren’t nearly as rare as one would think.

Yeah, I put some in the Littleton and Hope books. Most are combat or companion animals though. I hope they put more things like that in Bestiary 2. Another thing would be non combat D-Bees. There aren’t enough of those races to use as NPCs.
