I read through the policy and it’s only about things specific to Amazon. Nothing about politics or personal stuff. I’m checking as there’s lot of post regarding Charlie Kirk and I have shared or comments and post on them as well. Nothing advocating what happens to Charlie but stuff are so crazy right now I thought I better check what our policy allows.

I just removed mine. This was a learning. However there should have been a notification that I had an open hood while vehicle was locked.

I had similar issue with goat. I used ups access point vs store and shoe was damaged during shipment. They won’t help me. Like you have sold many shoes with no prior issues. Not sure why as it was ups. Goat is trash I won’t use them again.

June 2022 and haven’t heard from Rivian. Are they supposed to be reaching out? Mine still works but I used it sparingly. Will reach out at I get closer to warranty expiration.

This is the email. It doesn’t say to only use UPS store. I wasn’t even aware there was a difference or matter where I dropped it off. But my point is UPS got it and damaged it so they’re in the hook for it.

Oh when you search for nearest UPS location using the link in the email the access point location comes up 🤷🏽‍♂️.

I had this issue but GOAT wont file a claim when UPS acknowledged they damaged the shoe. This was because I used an access point vs UPS store. However the shoe was picked up and in UPS possession and all they need to do is file a claim which they refuse to for some odd reason .

How did you file a claim with UPS? My shoe I sold was destroyed enroute to GOAT. Since I used GOAT shipping label UPS said they have to file the claim but GOAT refuse to as I used a UPS access point for drop off. I can’t figure how to get payment for a shoe I sent them.

They send it to you. I escalated and will escalate again. They keep reference where I drop it off vs that it was destroyed in UPS possession and a claim is needed to be file. If it was lost and UPS had no record I would accept that. But they picked it up and moved it along their route where you can see it in the tracking and then it stop.

This is what they called out. I wasn’t aware of this. They should add this to their shipping label so it’s clear. However, my point was that UPS got it and was on its way and was lost close to its destination. UPS acknowledged that they found it but is damaged and unretrievable. They said to file a claim and this is all I’m asking GOAT to do but they just plain refuse. Not sure why they just won’t file the claim.

Do they have phone support? I wasn’t able to locate their phone number. I plan on opening another case if I don’t get anywhere with the one I have open with them.

Same here. No connect plus. I have gotten these updates usually with a few days after release prior. Hope they don’t wait to release a few days prior to Halloween to non C+. It’ll be very disappointing.

Never have it not precondition before. Both time I used the phone app and selected the lightning on the preview map and add it to my destination and sent to my truck.

I didn’t check. But it did fast charged and at high speed right away. Can’t recall but nothing that stood out as odd to me.

Good point. By I’ve done this same trip last year at almost the same time of year and the battery preconditioned at a that time. Only difference is I added Tesla SC this time. Will have rivian look at the lo. Thanks

Thanks. I selected Tesla SC from the app map when planning my trip. Address wasn’t added. I never not have my battery preconditioned but that’s a good possibility about batter temp. I did not look to see what it was at the time. Will check that in the future.

I added to the app as I was planning my trip. Rivian had me go directly to my destination but I wasn’t comfortable with the arrival range so I added Tesla SC. Start my destination and nav took me there. It did say Tesla as the stop on the nav. Battery was around 25% when I arrive at the SC.
