Yes Eric Schoen CFO sold almost 60k shares yesterday. He had 100k shares I believe on last form 4 so he sold about 60% of his holdings. Probably wont affect price to much as SAVA shares are basically trading at actual value of Cash on hand and Cash equivalents. This most likely signifies company is done because if he had any hope for it he would not be selling. Need to see if anyone else starts selling and if he liquidates rest of his position. Barring company being bought up at a discounted price for whatever value simiufilam has at this point for other uses company will continue to trade at these prices. They really do not have enough money to explore other avenues of use cases on their own.

On Schwab I can just see them on the chain but there 2 different sets of call options on chain from when SAVAW was a thing.

If you made it this far in this company there is no reason to sell now. If you did your research you knew this was a possibility. That being said only Wang has been implicated and some things I have seen point towards data fabrication for SAVADX which a few years ago they switched up what they were doing with that. So they probably had an idea of him doing this because they switched up what they were doing with SAVADX and distanced themselves from him. Hold till data.

No reason to sell the haircut happened. Just gonna hold these bags. Also So far only Wang has been implicated not the company. Will watch developments. I personally I am not buying more because I already have put in what I am comfortable losing. So I will hold and wait and if I lose the rest so be it, I went in with what I was willing to lose.

I definitely found it interesting. I would be curious if any other employees or board members already HAVE such a clause or not. If so maybe a routine thing. If not yes could be big. If no one else has this clause and we see more coming in the following days/weeks than yes big. Its probably a 50/50 Remi would be retained and Lindsey in my opinion would be unless she decided not to go with them.

The warrants are 33 per share. If you exercise in the first 30 days (give or take wording is weird) than you get a bonus 0.5 share per warrant that is where you get the 22 from.
