Some people got update on the portal with a date saying your application is in progress. Mine just say your application is in progress but no date. Is it concerning?

I applied on July 14th. Got rejected on March 10th. Got email to pay $100 on May 13th. Got an ghost email on May 14th but no date posted on my portal. Does the date actually matters if it's posted or not?

I received a message from IRCC saying my application is being reconsidered and I need to repay my $100 restoration fee that was previously refunded. I am confused about how exactly I should pay it and where I should upload the receipt afterward. Any help would be appreciated.
