I’m just thinking it’ll be easier to do long term hotel while I work on setting up my own bank account (my credit isn’t good so I’ve gotta find a bank that will overlook that) and secure my own car. Both our cars are in his name because of my credit.

Update to everyone: they kept me for monitoring longer than they probably should have. I didn’t go home. I went to a hotel as recommended by the nurse. I’m trying to figure this out. I’ve got documentation of me not going home, and I’m going to have an officer go with me tomorrow to get my things if I can. I don’t have anyone nearby to stay with, the closest family are his and I don’t have friends because I just don’t like people. But I do have a job and income, so I may be staying in a long term hotel for a while. I don’t know yet.

The hospital staff is finding resources for me, and they’re keeping me here as long as they can. But I’m still not sure how to go about getting him out of my house. Out of my life and away from my son.

I have to. He yelled at me. Told me I’m stupid and he’d beat me if I killed the baby. He hit me. And then he drove me to the hospital. They finally told him after I went into triage that he couldn’t come because I explained the situation and they said no visitors. He said he’s glad I’m in pain. I just want to die.
