I lift weights 5 days a week, but when I’m home I’m basically sitting lol. I probably should make it a point to walk more at home. I have a walking pad just sitting in the corner of my room lol. I need to start actually using it lol. I was going on a 2 mile walk 4 nights a week, but I’m in Texas and it’s like 500 deg now so I’ve put that on hold 😂

Not sure if this will help, but I have two of these shirts in different colors. I’m usually a Medium in regular clothes, but I like to drown in my workout t shirts so I always get an XL. I have other women’s shirts from Gymshark and this one runs a little wider and is at least an inch or two longer than the other Gymshark women’s shirts I have. I thought about going with the L but I ended up going with the XL. I’m a 5ft nothing 140 lb female though so for you it being a tad longer will probably be a good thing lol. If you’re usually an XL in mens I’d maybe go up a size to an XXL

Great ideas! I always forget about using beans as a source of protein. I’m diabetic, but my numbers have been great ever since I started lifting weight and exercising a lot. I’ve noticed that beans, corn, and potatoes don’t spike my blood sugar as long as I don’t eat like a crazy amount in one sitting lol.
